Anthony and Kinga met a handful of years ago at a party hosted by Anthony’s fraternity. Being the competitive type Anthony is, he played and beat her in a game of pong, and was immediately captivated by her beauty and polish accent!
They took their relationship slowly and in May 2018 Anthony proposed to Kinga surrounded by love in front of Anthony’s entire family, Kinga’s mother who had flown in from Poland for the occasion, her family members in Jersey, as well as Anthony’s fraternity!

Kinga and Anthony had to make the tough decision to put their wedding planning on hold for quit a bit due to the pandemic, but in December 2020 Anthony took me by surprise, and was the first male I’ve had to apply for my monthly engagement contest! We talked on the phone and discussed engagement session ideas, and came up with Cape May. The first time we met, I knew I was going to be capturing their wedding day. working with the two of them just came natural, and they are both so down to earth, we clicked instantly...literally and figuratively ;)

Fast forward to Kinga and Anthony’s wedding day, June 24, 2022. They couldn’t have asked for better weather, 80 degrees with beautiful skies and low humidity, the weather was absolutely gorgeous!

Anthony and Kinga both got ready with their bridal party at The Courtyard Marriott in Deptford, NJ. Kinga’s glam squad, Sorellina Beauty LLC. did an amazing job on all the girls, and they finished exactly when they said they would, which is crucial when trying to stick to my meticulous wedding day timelines! Her glam squad ending on time ensured that Kinga would receive every single getting ready shot with her girls that she was looking for!

The girl’s originally wanted to do a celebratory champagne spray, but that would have ruined their hair and make up, so thankfully they had confetti cannons on standby ;)

Anthony getting ready to see his Bride for the first time.

But first, Kinga shares a first look with her father.

Fun behind the scenes fact, Kinga’s dad started turning before it was okay and had everyone cracking up but he quickly turned around before he could even process the 2 seconds he glanced over his shoulder at Kinga. It wasn’t but 20 more seconds that he was able to turn around and see his beautiful daughter be a Bride.

Anthony and Kinga shared an intimate first look and Anthony’s reaction speaks for itself!

At about 2:00 pm we headed to St. Patrick's Catholic Church, a gorgeous little catholic church located in the center of Woodbury.

After the church we all met back at Trump National Golf Course - Philadelphia. The service and views were outstanding, one of my favorite venues to shoot at!

The couple started their reception dancing on the clouds to Heaven, by Brian Adams.

Anthony and Kinga then celebrated two Polish traditions. The Bread and Salt. As well as a vodka shot tradition.

Bread and Salt: The parents have a loaf of bread sprinkled with salt and a goblet of wine. The parents then say “According to our Old Polish tradition, we greet you with bread and salt so that your home might always enjoy abundance.” The bread is given in hopes that the bride and groom will never go hungry or be in need.

Vodka Shot: According to Polish tradition, the partner who ends up getting the Vodka is said to become the dominant partner in the relationship. Anthony got the shot of Vodka!

The whole day went off without a hitch, from start to finish! Anthony and Kinga had their dream wedding, and the perfect portraits to go with it!

Their family and friends definitely knew how to celebrate and party!

Kinga and Anthony planned a few fun games, one of them being musical chairs and it was so fun to watch adults play a childhood game, and genuinely having a blast! What a great idea to have in place of a garter or bouquet toss if you’re looking to opt out of those particular formalities.

The Bride and Groom danced the night away, literally. From the start of reception, to the last song.
They were on the dance floor surrounded by their friends and family!

The night ended with the perfect sparkler exit and brick oven pizza to-go, one of many great touches they added to their wedding day.

Just like every single one of my MPP couples, it was a true pleasure meeting and capturing Anthony and Kinga’s wedding day. I cannot wait to capture their future memories and watch their love grow over the years and be their forever photographer!
